Nestled in the quiet bend of the Soque River, Habersham Cemetery stands as one of the oldest and most enduring landmarks of the historic Habersham Mills community.
More than a resting place, it is a living archive—a place where the stories of mill workers, farmers, families, and founders echo through generations.
Historic Markers
The cemetery contains headstones dating back to the 1950s, telling the stories of the people who built and sustained the Habersham Mills community through both prosperous times and challenges.
Preservation Efforts
